The quantity of food is an important consideration when you are in the process of feeding 7 months old child. You should not make him consume too much food nor it should be too less.

Fruit juice- The fruit juice might be good for adults to drink or for a little more aged baby. For a child with 7 month age, the fruit juice especially the citrus fruits may not be preferable.

Refined grains- Another food that your child must avoid during his 7 month age will be the refined grains. The food included within this category is bread, pasta, refined rice, etc.

Wednesday

Avocado and Yogurt dip

Ingredients- Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon

Ripe avocado- ½

Yogurt – 1 tsp

Procedure- You needs to take a small baby bowl and add the half portion of avocado, yogurt as well as the lemon juice. Use a smasher and make a pulp. Also make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.

Now, feed your baby with this and love him having it.

Salmon and broccoli recipe

Ingredients-

sweet potato-1

Broccoli florets- 10

Salmon- 100 gm fresh and skin less

Milk – 100 ml

Procedure- Take a saucepan and boil 75 ml of water. Add the broccoli and sweet potato sliced. Let it boiled under simmer flame. Now take another frying pan and add milk and fish to it.

Let this cook for 8 minutes. Now mix both place ingredients together once the water content dried up and the food become boiled. Make it denser with milk and feed once it has cooled down.

  • Always ask the pediatrician to define the right quantity of food for your baby
  • Never force your baby to have excess food
  • It is better to feed your baby with food that has very less or no salt
  • Always smash the food or slice it in such an order that it can be digested by your child
  • Make your baby have apple but the peels should not remain.
