Game 1: Music Time

Purpose: To build sensory skills

Game 2: Train to Crawl

Purpose: To develop gross motor skills

To improve the baby’s crawling and motor skills, practice your baby to crawl. You must create a tunnel with your legs and encourage baby to crawl.

You can also make sound effects on the train. For extra fun, squeeze your leg as the baby enters the tunnel and catch her. She will try to pass through the tunnel.


Game 3: Rise to Stand

Purpose: To develop strength

When your baby is sitting on the floor, hold your baby’s hands and slowly raise in the standing position. Let your baby stand for 8 to 10 seconds and then slowly bring him back to the ground.

It strengthens leg muscles and makes your baby ready for walking.


Game 4: Sitting on Exercise Ball

Purpose: To develop balance skills

Take an exercise ball and place your baby on it. Now, hold your baby firmly around the hips. Bounce the ball up and down and roll forward and backward.

If your baby feels scared, then do the same movement on your knee. It develops the baby’s core muscle while sitting and develops a sense of balance.
