Beautiful hair in 30 days – Day 28

Hi! Welcome Back! I hope you can notice the change in your hair. Let’s check out Day 28 tips for beautiful hair.

  • Egg:

Take out the egg white and apply it on hair and scalp. Rinse off with normal water after 30 minutes. If the smell is unbearable then you can wash your hair with sikakai water.

  • Yoga Mat:

Perform “Bhujangasana”. It improves body posture and relieves stress and tension. It also improves digestion.

  • Towel and lavender oil:

Soak the tea bags in hot water for 7-8 minutes. Apply warm green tea all over your scalp. Leave it on for an hour. Rinse off with cold water. Dip towel in hot water mixed with few drops of lavender oil and squeeze out extra water. Wrap it in hair to take steam. Leave it for 5 minutes and then remove it.
