Grilled fish, egg whites, soybean, chicken are the excellent available options in grilled form as well as it must be less spicy. Breastfeeding mothers can get protein content by drinking a glass of milk along with protein powder. You can take advice from your gynecologist for which protein powder to use. They can eat at least 15 almonds every day soaked ones to get proteins. Some cloves or fennel seeds with mint leaves help to increase the secretion of milk and also stimulates lactation.

Cruciferous vegetables

Vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, and cauliflower are cruciferous vegetables. It would be best if you avoid them. They are difficult to digest, which leads to infant gas and colic. Legumes such as channa, soybean, and rajma should also be taken in less quantity. Or you can avoid them altogether.

Aerated drinks

You must avoid aerated drinks as they contain artificial sugar and calories. Packaged juice also leading to fattening. Hence it is important to drink fresh juice prepared at home instead of buying the packed ones.

To lose weight, you can eat fewer calories than your body burns. A good goal is to decrease your daily calorie intake by 500 calories every day if you are passive. The reduction in consumption of food leads to safe and gradual weight loss that can about 1 lb per week. It is better that you talk with your dietician to know about your daily calorie intake and nutritional requirement. They will guide you to eat the required nutrients.
