What should I eat in the last month of pregnancy?

Fiber rich food –

Vitamin C food-

Vitamin A food-

Vitamin A is good for the eyes, body. Spinach, sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A. fresh fruits such as oatmeal, whole-grain foods, strawberries, and lentils, dry fruits can be taken for all nine months of pregnancy.

Someone might have told you that pineapple may cause early miscarriage or bring on labor, but it is just a myth. There is no such scientific evidence to support this. Pineapple consists of an enzyme that helps to soften the cervix. Pineapple is an amazing source of vitamins.

Foods rich in fat, carbohydrate, protein-

Beans, lean meat, milk, soy milk, fish are rich in carbohydrates. Peanut butter, nuts are rich in fats. Yogurt, soy bean, eggs, chicken breast is full of protein.

Corn, black bean, brown rice, celery, cauliflower will give you food that would provide you the best quantity of fiber.
