YES yoga is very important in our daily life. The word “Yoga” is a Sanskrit word, meaning ‘to join-to unite’. Yoga is not just for weight loss but, the various Yogic postures bring about a balance between the body, soul, and mind. It promotes mental and physical discipline to attain a peaceful mind and body to help us manage stress and anxiety, and keeping us relaxed and composed. It helps us deal with our daily problems, worries, and challenges. It helps us understand ourselves, the purpose of  life, and develop a bond with our nature and thereby God. Yoga is that infinite and supreme principle that leads us to ultimate knowledge and connects between the external bliss and universal self.

Yoga changes the way we live our daily life by – Developing our physical health, our mental health, social health, our spiritual health and promotes self-realization and overall well-being.

Yoga is highly recommended to everyone, there is no bar of age, sex and religion in this. One must definitely opt the practice of yoga to keep themselves healthy and happy.
