Fertility diet – Week 1

It is the human tendency that after a few years of married life, the couples want their own baby. For a few couples, without facing any problem they will get baby. But few of them will face the problem due to several reasons to get conceive because of lifestyle, food, stress and so on.

To get conceive couples should prepare their body as to how the farmer prepares the soil before plowing the seed. In the same way, both men and women should prepare their increase infertility. In this article, I am going to explain some tips to get pregnant in 90 days.

1. Take food with full of micronutrients:

Micronutrient means vitamins and minerals. Micronutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Omega-3 fatty acids, Iron, Zinc, Potassium, Selenium and so on.

To get micronutrients to supply in your body, it is required to eat a balanced diet just like Indian thali. Our ancestors were following the food system in such a way that in a single meal they were getting all supplements.

2. Detoxify your body systems:

When you are planning for a baby, the first thing is to remove toxins from your body because toxins in the body lead to PMS, cramps, dark blood and blood clotting during menstruation and other menstrual problems.

The herbs such as ginger, garlic, turmeric, green tea, cumin seeds and so on are the best things will detoxify the liver. Start your day with ginger tea, green tea helps in detoxifying your body system.

3. Boost your immunity:

If you are suffering from the low immune system then it reduces the chance of getting pregnant. So few things should be followed to increase the immune system.

  • Regular exercise
  • Don’t smoke and drink
  • Sleep properly
  • Maintain a healthy weight.
  • Take steps to avoid infection

4. Restore hormonal balance:

Hormonal imbalances such as PCOS are among the leading causes of infertility. In women with PCOS, the hormonal imbalance affects the ovulation. The thyroid also affects ovulation.

Few hormones such as estrogens, progesterone will boost ovulation. Maintaining a healthy diet restores hormonal balance.

5. Reduce your stress:

Studies showed that prenatal stress increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes by disrupting adaptations in the maternal immune, endocrine and nervous systems that support a healthy pregnancy.

Stress and anxiety-related elevations in CRH and cortisol early in pregnancy are associated with increased risk of PTB. Stressful life affects both the health system as well as family.

Doing yoga exercises regularly, listening to silent music, breathing exercises reduce stress.

Combine both modern and natural ways because while modern medicine manages the symptoms, the natural ways solve all the imbalances in your body and restore your reproductive health. The secret to getting pregnant fast is maintaining reproductive health because fertility happens naturally in a healthy body.
