A portion of food is any nutritious substance that people eat or drink or that absorb to maintain life and growth. Whatever the food we eat it should be nutritious.

Any food if we are eating it should be healthy, a healthy diet is a diet that helps to maintain or improve overall health. A healthy diet which supplies essential nutrition, fluid, macronutrients, micronutrients, and adequate calories to the body.

Nuts and Seeds are a Fertility Nutrition Powerhouse because they are packed with very important nutrients for fertility. They are the seed of life for a new life, so they are packed with key ingredients to generating life. Four of the most important are proteins, omega- 3 essential fatty acids, zinc, and vitamin E.

In this article I am going to explain the top 5 food that boosts fertility:

1. Sunflower Seeds and Sunflower Seed Butter

Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E. It is rich in Zinc, selenium, folate, fatty acids such as Omega 3 and 6. The studies have shown that it will boost male fertility and improves sperm counts.

Sunflower seeds can be eaten by sprinkling on a salad or in the form of sunflower butter.

2. Walnuts for Fertility

The diet should be in such a way that it contains all kinds of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, macronutrients, fats and so on. In the diet, healthy fats also play a very important role in reproductive health. Walnuts are rich in Omega-3s and 6s. Researchers showed that it will boost fertility.

It can be eaten as a snack or in the form of salad.

3. Cashew nut and Almond

Cashew and almonds are rich sources in protein, vitamins and minerals, and carbohydrates. These nuts contain polyunsaturated fats so it boosts male fertility.

It can be taken in the form of Soaked, smoothies, salads or sweets.

4. Brazil Nuts

Brazil nuts are high in selenium, a mineral that abates chromosomal damage in eggs. Selenium is an antioxidant that keeps the free radicals at bay and improves egg production.

It can be taken in the form of salad with some brazil nuts or simply have a handful for your breakfast or as a snack.

5. Pumpkin seeds

They are the best source of protein and unsaturated fats, including omega-3. It also contains a good range of nutrients including iron, selenium, calcium, B vitamins and beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A.

It can be edible in roasted form.

A healthy diet should be followed by both men and women if they are planning for a baby because of how much the quality of the egg is important in the same way the quality of sperm is also very important.
