Fertility diet – Week 4

Food is an essential part of a balanced diet. There is a misconception that healthy eating is not tastier. Sometimes, many home cooks struggle to cook healthy food delicious and also healthy food is doomed to tasteless, whereas many are wrongly assume that unhealthy foods taste delicious. It is entirely wrong; in this article, I will provide some recipes to enhance the taste of a healthy diet.

Ginger tea

Ingredients: 1 spoon Grated ginger, 1spoon honey, 1glass of water

For boiling-water, add grated ginger and boil it for 5 mins and strain it in a glass and add honey. Drink tea in an empty stomach will act as the best detoxifying agent.

Dry fruits smoothie

Ingredients: Soaked almond, cashew nuts, pistachio, walnut (altogether 50 grams) Honey, a glass of milk.

Above mentioned, all ingredients take in a blender and blend it into a smooth paste and drink it immediately for the best tasting smoothie.

Fig-Cashew smoothie

Ingredients: Figs-3, soaked cashews 10-15 in number, a glass of water, honey.

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it into a smooth paste drink it immediately for best taste.

Mushroom and egg fry

Ingredients: Egg(2), Mushroom, onion, tomato, ½ spoon of cumin powder, salt, ½ spoon of garam masala (optional), a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of oil, ginger garlic paste and finely chopped coriander.

Take a heat one tablespoon oil, add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, fry it until onion gets brown, add chopped mushroom and tomato until it cooks well. For this add eggs, scramble it and fry it well. To this, add salt, cumin powder, chili powder fry it correctly, and garnish with finely chopped coriander and eat with chapati or roasted whole wheat bread.

Mixed fruit salad

Ingredients: Chopped apple, Banana slices, peeled orange, chopped papaya, chopped guava, strawberry slices, Apricots, chopped almond, kiwi fruits slices, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, honey and fresh cream (optional)

Note: All ingredients should be equal to 1 bowl or for 1 serve.

Take all the above ingredients in a bowl mix it and have freshly.

Mixed vegetable salad

Ingredients: Grated cucumber, carrot, coconut, sweet corn, green chili paste, lemon juice 1 spoon, salt to taste.

Note: All ingredients should be equal to 1 bowl or for 1 serve.

Homemade protein powder

Ingredients: Sprouted green gram (1 Cup), ragi (2 cups), rice (2 cups), tur dal (half cup), chickpea (half cup), Wheat

(2 cups) all the ingredients should be soaked and strained. Dry all the ingredients in a shadow.

Almond( ¼ cup), Cashew ( ¼ cup), walnut ( ¼ cup), peanuts ( ¼ cup), pistachio ( ¼ cup), Sunflower seeds ( ¼ cup), pumpkin seeds ( ¼ cup).

Roast all the ingredients separately and make it into a fine powder. Store and use this powder for 6months.

How to use this powder?

For boiling milk (1 glass) add 1 spoon of protein powder and stir it without lumps and add 2spoons of jaggery powder boil it for 4-5 minutes, drink it in hot.

Vegetable soup, dal,   brown rice 

 

Day 3  Green tea/ Ginger tea/ Cinnamon tea  Egg and mushroom Omlete/ Cereals/ and Apple slices and Banana   Sprouts Curry/ Chicken curry roti,  rice, and Natural yogurt  Mixed Fruit salad except for pineapple and papaya and glass of milk  Red meat Curry/ Mixed Vegetable curry roti and rice 
Day 4  Green tea/ Ginger tea/ Cinnamon tea  Boiled sweet potato/ cereals with honey on top and Banana  Mixed Vegetable salad / Salomon fish curry

Day 6  Green tea/ Ginger tea/ Cinnamon tea  Scrambled egg and whole wheat bread and an orange   Couscous salad with cucumber, tomato, and other veggies and sprinkled with sunflower seeds, dal, roti,  rice, and Natural yogurt    Vegetable spring roll, dal, roti,  rice, and Natural yogurt     Meat or vegetable stew with brown rice 
Day 7  Green tea/ Ginger tea/ Cinnamon tea  Whole wheat bread butter/ Fresh fruit jam and boiled egg   Beetroot fry /  red meat curry Dal, roti,  rice, and Natural yogurt    Mushroom Soup/ Corn Soup with banana 

A handful of  Sunflower seeds

Note: Instead of drinking only milk, add home-made protein powder.
